In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Fold in the sprinkles. Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl.
Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Evenly divide half of the melted chocolate between a Easter bunny candy mold.
Place the peanut butter mixture over the melted chocolate. Cover with the remaining half of melted chocolate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Remove from the molds.
