Easter Bunny Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Fold in the sprinkles. Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Evenly divide half of the melted chocolate between a Easter bunny candy mold.
  • Place the peanut butter mixture over the melted chocolate. Cover with the remaining half of melted chocolate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Remove from the molds.
