Easter Bunny Lemon Crunch Candy

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup rice krispy cereal

Instructions
 

  • Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the lemon juice, and fold in the cereal. Evenly divide the chocolate mixture between a Easter bunny shaped candy mold. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set. Remove from the molds.
