Easter Blondies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the sprinkles. Evenly spread the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
