Easter Blondie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. Evenly divide the batter between the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
