Place half of the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and the other half in another microwave-safe bowl. Melt one bowl in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Stir in the blue food coloring. Melt the other bowl in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the green food coloring. Pour both chocolates into a baking sheet. Swirl with a knife.
Sprinkle sprinkles over the chocolate. Let sit until it is completely set. Break into pieces.
