Dirt Cup Brownie Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- melted chocolate
- crushed Oreo cookies
- gummy worms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Evenly divide the brownie batter between the paper liners. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely. Spread melted chocolate onto each cup and top with crushed Oreo cookies and gummy worms.
