Dill Pickle Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. elbow pasta
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 cup pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup pickle slices
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water and place pasta into a large bowl.
  2. Mix pasta with mayonnaise, chopped hard boiled eggs, mustard, pickle juice, pickle slices, cubed cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and dried dill. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
