Crock-Pot Tomato Soup

Ingredients

( 28 oz.) can
crushed tomatoes

( 14 oz.) can
whole tomatoes
1
large
onion, diced
4
cups
vegetable broth
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
ground black pepper
2
cloves
garlic, minced
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a large crock-pot. Cover and let cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
Blend soup using either an immersion blender or blend in batches until smooth.
