Crock-Pot Shredded Beef Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 2-3 pound roast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Place roast in a large greased crock-pot. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and ground cumin.
  • Pour beef broth over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Uncover and shred beef. Serve over flour tortillas.
