beef broth
flour tortillas
Instructions
Place roast in a large greased crock-pot. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and ground cumin.
Pour beef broth over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Uncover and shred beef. Serve over flour tortillas.
