In a small bowl, whisk together salt, pepper, dried oregano, garlic powder and ground cumin. Place pork tenderloin into a large lightly greased crock-pot.
Place olive oil and soy sauce onto the pork tenderloin. Sprinkle evenly with the seasoning mixture. Pour chicken broth over pork tenderloin. Cover and let cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or on high heat for 3-4 hours.
