Crock-Pot Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together salt, pepper, dried oregano, garlic powder and ground cumin. Place pork tenderloin into a large lightly greased crock-pot.
  • Place olive oil and soy sauce onto the pork tenderloin. Sprinkle evenly with the seasoning mixture. Pour chicken broth over pork tenderloin. Cover and let cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or on high heat for 3-4 hours.
