Crock-Pot Mississippi Roast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 2-3 pound roast
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 ( 5 oz.) packet aus jus seasoning
  • 1 ( 5 oz.) packet ranch seasoning
  • 8 pepperoncinis

Method
 

  1. Place roast into a large greased crock-pot. Top with butter and sprinkle with aus jus seasoning and ranch seasoning.
  2. Place peppercinis on top of the roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
