Method
- Place pork roast into a large greased crock-pot. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, thyme, sage, rosemary, and garlic powder.
- Evenly sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the pork roast. Pour chicken broth over the top. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high heat for 6 hours.
