Crispy Potato Tacos
Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ( 1 oz.) packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil and taco seasoning. Cook potatoes in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until the potatoes are fork tender and crispy. Serve in tortillas.
