Crispy Potato Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large russet potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ( 1 oz.) packet taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil and taco seasoning. Cook potatoes in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until the potatoes are fork tender and crispy. Serve in tortillas.
