Preheat oven to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk together egg and milk. Combine flour and seasoning into another shallow dish.
Place breadcrumbs in another dish. First dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, fully coat in the flour mixture. Dip back into the egg mixture, fully coat in the breadcrumbs. Place onto a large greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
