Crispy Baked Cajun Pickles

cornmeal

Cajun seasoning
pickle slices
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk egg and milk together. In another dish, combine flour, cornmeal and Cajun seasoning.
Fully coat each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then in the cornmeal mixture. Place onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
