Crispy Air-Fryer Barbecue Chicken Nuggets

  • 1 pound chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air-fryer to 400 F. In a shallow dish, combine egg and barbecue sauce. Place the breadcrumbs into another shallow dish.
  2. Coat each chicken nugget into the barbecue mixture, then fully coat in the breadcrumbs. Air-fry in batches for 8-10 minutes.
