Creamy Spinach Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. penne pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, cooked

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, add in flour, and cook for a minute to brown.
  • Add in milk, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce has fully thickened and the cheese has melted. Stir in cooked spinach. Mix sauce with pasta.
