Creamy Monterey Jack Mashed Potatoes

russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

butter

shredded monterey jack cheese
Instructions
Place the potatoes into a large saucepan and cover with water. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Let boil until the potatoes are fork tender. Drain and mash the potatoes with the remaining ingredients.
