Creamy Monterey Jack Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Instructions
- Place the potatoes into a large saucepan and cover with water. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Let boil until the potatoes are fork tender. Drain and mash the potatoes with the remaining ingredients.
