Creamy Four Cheese Spaghetti

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound spaghetti pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large bowl. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Cook garlic in butter until fragrant, add in flour, cook for a minute to brown.
  • Pour in milk, and add in all four cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and dried parsley. Continue to cook over medium heat, while whisking constantly until all of the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened. Mix sauce with pasta.
