Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large bowl. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Cook garlic in butter until fragrant, add in flour, cook for a minute to brown.
Pour in milk, and add in all four cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and dried parsley. Continue to cook over medium heat, while whisking constantly until all of the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened. Mix sauce with pasta.
