Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine the chicken with the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and peas. Evenly spread the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Separate the biscuit dough into biscuits and cut into fourths. Place the biscuit dough evenly over the casserole. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
