Creamy Bacon Pepper Jack Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the potatoes into a large saucepan and cover with water. Cook over medium heat, until the potatoes are fork tender. Drain and mash with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
