Cranberry Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 16 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil.
- Fold in the cranberries and chocolate chips. Using a cookie scoop, drop the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
