Cool Whip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with cool whip and egg until combined. Place powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
