Cookies and Cream Ritz Cracker S'mores

  • Ritz crackers
  • cookies and cream chocolate bars
  • marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Break the cookies and cream chocolate bars into small squares. Place half of the Ritz crackers onto a large baking sheet. Place one cookies and cream chocolate bar piece along with one marshmallow onto each cracker.
  2. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven and sandwich with the remaining Ritz crackers.
