Coleslaw Potato Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix

Instructions
 

  • Place the potatoes into a large saucepan, and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cook until the potatoes are fork tender. Drain and place into a large bowl.
  • Mix with the remaining ingredients. Cover and store in the fridge until serving.
