Cinnamon Raisin Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the flour and cinnamon. Mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the raisins. Roll the cookie dough into balls, then flatten slightly. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
