Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms
  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, combine flour, quick oats, salt, and baking soda. In another large bowl, combine softened butter with peanut butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until a thick dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips, m&ms, and sprinkles.
  3. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place at least 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
