Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until it is fully melted and smooth.
Place the sprinkles into a shallow dish. Dip half of each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate. Dip into the sprinkles, covering the chocolate fully.
Set the crackers onto plates and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
