Christmas Chocolate Covered Wafer Cookies
Ingredients
- cream filled wafer cookies
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each cookie in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with sprinkles. Let sit until it is completely set.
