  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup Christmas sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
  2. Fold in the sprinkles. Evenly divide the batter between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
