Chocolate Peanut Butter Covered Fudge Stripe Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- fudge stripe cookies
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each fudge stripe cookie into the melted chocolate. Set them onto a large plate. Let the cookies sit until the chocolate has completely set.
