Chocolate Peanut Butter Covered Fig Newtons

- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each fig newton in the chocolate and set onto a large plate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
