Chocolate Covered Valentine's Day Wafer Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- cream filled wafer cookies
- Valentine's day themed sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Use a fork to fully coat each wafer cookie into the melted chocolate. Set them onto plates, and decorate with the sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
