Chocolate Covered St. Patrick's Day Wafer Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- green food coloring
- cream filled wafer cookies
- St. Patrick's Day sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Add in the green food coloring and mix until it is fully green.
- Use a fork to fully coat each wafer cookie into the melted chocolate. Set them onto a plate, and decorate with sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
