Chocolate Covered Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Ritz Crackers

  • Ritz crackers
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Use a fork to fully coat each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate. Set onto plates, and place one mini Reese's peanut butter cup onto each cracker. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
