Chocolate Covered Monster Wafer Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- green food coloring
- cream filled wafer cookies
- candy eyes
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the green food coloring, and mix until it is fully green.
- Use a fork to fully coat each wafer cookie into the melted chocolate. Set them onto plates, and decorate with the candy eyes. Let the chocolate set completely.
