Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

  • large marshmallows
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Dip the tops of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate and set onto plates. Top with sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
