Chocolate Covered Grinch Wafer Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- green food coloring
- cream filled wafer cookies
- heart shaped sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the green food coloring and mix until it is fully green.
- Use a fork to fully coat each wafer cookie in the melted chocolate. Set onto plates, and place one heart sprinkle on each cookie. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
