Chocolate Covered Golden Oreo S'mores

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Remove the tops of the cookies and set the bottoms on a baking sheet. Place one marshmallow on each cookie and bake for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sandwich with the tops of the cookies. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
Fully coat each s'more in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Let sit until it is fully set.
