Chocolate Covered Ghost Wafer Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • cream filled wafer cookies
  • candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Use a fork to fully coat each cookie into the melted chocolate, and set onto plates. Decorate with the candy eyes. Let sit until the chocolate is completely set.
