Chocolate Covered Ghost Wafer Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- cream filled wafer cookies
- candy eyes
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Use a fork to fully coat each cookie into the melted chocolate, and set onto plates. Decorate with the candy eyes. Let sit until the chocolate is completely set.
