Chocolate Covered Easter Ritz Crackers
Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- Ritz crackers
- Easter sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Use a fork to fully coat each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate. Set onto plates, and decorate with the sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
