Chocolate Covered Easter Nutter Butter Cookies

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • nutter butter cookies
  • Easter sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Use a fork to fully coat each nutter butter cookie into the melted chocolate. Set onto a plate, and decorate with sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
