Chocolate Covered Easter Bunny Wafer Cookies

Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Place the pink sanding sugar into a shallow dish.
Cut each marshmallow in half, and dip each half into the pink sanding sugar. Use a fork to fully coat each wafer cookie into the melted chocolate. Set onto a large plate, and decorate with the marshmallows, candy eyes, and jelly beans. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
