Chocolate Covered Easter Bunny Ritz Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • Ritz crackers
  • large marshmallows
  • pink sanding sugar
  • candy eyes
  • pink jelly beans

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Place the pink sanding sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Cut each marshmallow in half, and dip each half into the pink sanding sugar. Use a fork to fully coat each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate. Set onto a large plate, and decorate with the marshmallows, candy eyes, and pink jelly beans. Let the chocolate sit until the chocolate has completely set.
