Chocolate Covered Christmas Vanilla Wafers
Ingredients
- vanilla wafer cookies
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each cookie in the melted chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with sprinkles and let sit until it is fully set.
