Chocolate Covered Bat Oreo Cookies

  • Oreo cookies
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • candy eyes

Method
 

  1. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well until the chocolate has fully melted and is smooth.
  2. Using a fork, fully coat each Oreo cookie into the melted chocolate, and set onto plates. Decorate with two Oreo cookie halves and candy eyes. Refrigerate until the chocolate has fully set.
