Chocolate Cake Mix Ice Cream Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely. Place ice cream onto half of the cookies and sandwich with the remaining half. Freeze until set.
