Chocolate Cake Mix Butterscotch Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup butterscotch baking chips
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch baking chips. In a shallow bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
