Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, with a mixer, beat softened cream cheese with sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder together. Add in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, whisk until smooth.
Spread brownie batter into a large greased baking dish. Spread cheesecake filling over brownie batter. Drop tablespoonfulls of cherry pie filling over the cheesecake layer, swirl with a knife. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
