Cheesy Chicken and Rice Burritos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cooked and diced chicken
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas

Method
 

  1. Heat chicken and mix with the cooked rice, taco seasoning and salsa. Lay the tortillas down flat and evenly place the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle each with shredded cheddar cheese and roll up into a burrito. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease with non-stick cooking spray. Cook burritos until lightly browned on both sides and the cheese has melted.
