Cheesy Chicken and Rice Burritos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cooked and diced chicken
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Heat chicken and mix with the cooked rice, taco seasoning and salsa. Lay the tortillas down flat and evenly place the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle each with shredded cheddar cheese and roll up into a burrito. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease with non-stick cooking spray. Cook burritos until lightly browned on both sides and the cheese has melted.
